Powered by the incredible resources and reliability of the NOSRAM Pure Evolution 5.0T motor and the all new NOSRAM Pearl Evolution ISTC version 2 speed control – premiering at this event – Hayato showed an amazing driving performance and started to catch up step by step from his 10th place in qualification: 7th in run 1, 2nd in run 2 and 3rd in run 3. In this high-class starter field Hayato Matsuzaki sensationally finished on the overall 2nd position at the IFMAR 1/10 Touring Car World Championship in the end. Only the old and new World Champion was a little stronger.
